We accept returns only if your item arrives damaged or defective. To qualify for a return:

✔ Item must be unused and in original packaging
✔ Return must be pre-authorized by our team

Important Notes:
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
Original shipping fees are non-refundable

We accept exchanges within 10 days of delivery for:
Wrong item received
Defective merchandise
Exchange Conditions:

Normal wear and tear is not covered
Damage from misuse or accidents is not covered
