We accept returns only if your item arrives damaged or defective. To qualify for a return:

✔ Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order
✔ Item must be unused and in original packaging
✔ Return must be pre-authorized by our team

2. Provide your order number and photos of the damaged/defective item

3. We’ll email you a Return Authorization and instructions

Important Notes:

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

• Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 10 days of delivery for:

• Wrong item received

• Defective merchandise

Exchange Conditions:
✔ Item must be unused and in original packaging
✔ Customer covers shipping costs for exchanges
✔ Must be pre-authorized (follow same process as returns)

Warranty Information

All American Earrings products are crafted with premium materials. Please note:

• Normal wear and tear is not covered

• Damage from misuse or accidents is not covered

• Warranty does not cover lost items
