American Earrings guarantees that all our 14K gold jewelry is free from manufacturing defects at the time of purchase. This limited warranty covers:
 Structural defects (e.g., broken clasps, loose stones)
 Faulty craftsmanship
Warranty Period:
15 days from date of purchase
What’s Not Covered
 Normal wear & tear (scratches, dents, or bending from daily use)
 Damage from misuse (e.g., exposure to chemicals, extreme force)
 Lost or stolen items
 Custom/modified pieces (resized or altered jewelry)
 Purchases from unauthorized sellers
How to Claim Your Warranty

Provide your order number and photos/video of the issue.
Ship the Item (if required):
We’ll email a prepaid shipping label for defects covered under warranty.
Items must be returned in original packaging.
Repair/Replacement:
We’ll either repair the item or send a replacement within 10 business days.
If the product is discontinued, you’ll receive store credit.
Important Notes
 Warranty is non-transferable (valid only for original purchaser).
 Proof of purchase (receipt/invoice) is required.
 Shipping fees for non-warranty returns are the customer’s responsibility.
