How to Claim Your Warranty

Provide your order number and photos/video of the issue.
Ship the Item (if required):
We’ll email a prepaid shipping label for defects covered under warranty.
Items must be returned in original packaging.
Repair/Replacement:
We’ll either repair the item or send a replacement within 10 business days.
If the product is discontinued, you’ll receive store credit.
Important Notes
Warranty is non-transferable (valid only for original purchaser). Proof of purchase (receipt/invoice) is required. Shipping fees for non-warranty returns are the customer’s responsibility.
